Harris & James create their own exceptional bean to bar chocolate that is flavourful and handmade from ethically sourced cocoa beans, each with their own distinct flavour. At their workshop on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, they hand sort, crack, winnow, refine, and conche in small batches using modern and traditional techniques.
